We will retain your Personal Data for as long as you maintain an active account and in order to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

BTCA does not hold direct contact details of children under the age of 16. If it comes to our attention that we have collected direct personal contact data from a person under the age of 16, we will delete this information as quickly as possible. We recommend that children under 16 should only register with BTCA via a parent/guardian or adult coach account, and BTCA does not knowingly collect personal information from any person who is under the age of 16 without parental consent.
